Self Breast Exam Chart

I am 28 years old and even though I have not experienced breast cancer myself I have seen what it can do to a family member.

About a year ago I had to undergo a total hysterectomy.  This means that I will not be able to have any more children and that I have to take  a hormone replacement to balance my life.

The hormone replacement can in itself cause several different things but most of all make you more aware of breast cancer.  I urge everyone to print this download for a self exam test.  Even if you are healthy and feel great it never hurts to be aware.

Free Breast Cancer Awareness Plan

I am passionate about Breast Cancer Awareness since my Grandmother had it several years ago and since I have to take hormones from having a total hysterectomy.  I posted not to long ago about the Breast Cancer Program with Yoplait Yogurt.  I have a total of six tops so far.  Not many but it is better than none.

I found a new website that offers a Breast Cancer Awareness Plan which is sponsored by Reynolds ( Yes, the Reynolds wrap we all use).

You may not think this plan can help you because you have never had breast cancer.  I haven’t had it either but a little awareness never hurt.  If not for you for someone else you know.

Breast Cancer Awareness

During Yoplait’s annual drive, for every pink lid you send in by December 31, 2009 Yoplait will donate 10 cents to Susan G. Komen for the Cure®, up to $1.5 million.  They guarantee a donation of at least $500,000. So grab your friends, coworkers, yoga class or neighbors and start getting involved today.

My Grandmother is a breast cancer survivor.  I would love to see a ton of us join in on this donation.  It is so easy.  Usually Publix has the Yoplait with pink lids on sale and with coupons always at you can get these free most of the time.  If you would like to join my team and send in lids please contact me at and we can fight together for a cause.
