Thanksgiving Planning Series

Now that we have gone through two other parts to this series I will recap for you.  You can also check these out at Series 1 and Series 2.

We started on the path of planning this series.  I made Thanksgiving conversation cards for you to enjoy and print for your family.  If you didn’t get a chance to print these Click here.  They are so much fun to do and you will learn things you may not have known about each other.

Then series one we started the process of planning the time and date for your thanksgiving dinner.  Click here to print your time planner.

In series two we spoke with everyone in the family about what they were planning to cook.  Click here to get the meal planner.

Yes… I am one of those… list people. LOL

Now it is time for the third part of this series.  Reminders.

It seems like every year I hear about family members thinking that the Thanksgiving time was at 5:00 when really it started at 4:00 ,etc.  I made reminder cards that will help your family remember the time, date, and meal that they are planning to bring.   This will help when your mother-in-law who wants to change something and tends to not tell you until that day.  Reminder cards help with committment.

Print your cards on heavier paper instead of copy paper so that they will hold up better.  By doing this, you can send them as postcards and save money on postage stamps.  The plan is to save money!

Once you have printed your cards, on the time space, I recommend you put the time 30 minutes prior to when you really want it to start.  That way stragglers will be on time.  I know a few!  They are great people but sometimes it just takes them longer than others.
