Tuna Salad recipe

I was able to get the Tuna that was on sale at BILO yesterday.  Since the boys are going to AWANAS at church tonight  and my husband is deer hunting a big meal isn’t on the menu.  I search all over the web to find a good tuna recipe that was quick and didn’t have to have a ton of ingredients.  I ended up making one up.  So here it goes,

2 small of pouches  in water

1 tomato

Cinnamon sugar

1 tsp. minced garlic

parm. cheese ( garnish )

1 1/2 tbsp. Olive oil

How to make:

Prepare pasta according to the package directions.  Saute tuna and 1 tsp. of minced garlic over low-medium heat.  Then, Add to sauce pan (with tuna)  olive oil, sprinkle celery salt, and add chopped tomatoes.  Mix together.  Place desired amount of pasta on plate with tuna mixture on top.  Garnish with parm. cheese and a little bit of cinnamon sugar (I use McCormick spice).

This was enough to make a plate for me and a little leftover for tomorrow’s lunch.

I also put this in a sandwich for my 3 year old.  He kept say ummm! ummm!  I am assuming it was a success
